Before acquiring it many years ago, Mercury's screen print division was a self-standing business. Now, fueled by both considerable capacity and competence, it has the ability to turn out quality jobs on a timely basis.

For high volume applications, Mercury utilizes a 14-station, 6-color, UV carousel-styled press capable of working with sheet sizes up to 38” X 50”. Our department also has 8 other flat bed screening lines with bed sizes up to 52” X 80”. We work with UV-curing and conventional inks, and print 4 color process and spot color images on a variety of substrates including a number of plastics, wood panels, and powder-coated metal components. Mercury is skilled at printing faux wood-grain on styrene and a frost effect for clear panels.
