TG AD SERVICE

Originally established in the 1950s as an unrelated screen-printing business, the successful TG Ad Service was subsequently acquired and brought into the expanding Mercury Plastics family in 1984. Although in some situations it operates as a separate entity under the TG name, it usually functions as a division of Mercury Plastics, providing all the high quality screen-printing services on Mercury-generated projects.

As a self-standing company, TG remains a well equipped screen printer, with a 14 station, 6 color M&R Conquest 38” x 50” carousel printing press, and 8 single station presses with bed sizes up to 52” x 80”. Capabilities include screen printing on a variety of plastic substrates, wood, and powder-coated metal. TG handles 4 color process and custom spot colors, has expertise in distortion print applications, faux wood grain and other specialty work. TG operates with both UV and conventional inks and also offers die and saw cutting and other finishing operations.

TG is housed within Mercury’s plant, and is held to all the same high standards of quality and performance as any other Mercury Plastics process.
